Question 1

How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

Accepted Answer

Twice a year is the rule of thumb around here — once in late fall after the leaves drop, and once in spring. If you've got big fir or maple trees hanging over your roof, you might need it more often.

Question 2

Is gutter cleaning safe for my home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work from ladders with standoffs that keep the weight off your gutters, and we're careful around your roof and siding. No need for anyone to walk on your roof for a standard cleaning.

Question 3

What methods do you use for cleaning gutters?

Accepted Answer

We scoop out all the leaves, needles, and gunk by hand, then flush the gutters and downspouts with water to make sure everything drains right. We check that the downspouts are running clear before we leave.

Question 4

Can you clean gutters that are already clogged?

Accepted Answer

That's most of what we do. Packed-full gutters, clogged downspouts, water spilling over the sides — we'll get it all cleared out and flowing again.

Question 5

Do you inspect my gutters during cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yep. While we're up there we look for loose hangers, sagging sections, leaks at the seams, and downspouts that aren't draining right — and we'll let you know what we find.
